- All final manuscripts -- contributed and invited -- must conform to the following new policy,

• All papers submitted to the CDC for both review and publication after acceptance must be formatted in the standard 2-column Proceedings format. An Author's Kit with instructions, tips, templates, and style files is available at
  http://www.paperplaza.net/support/support.html.
• For PUBLICATION in the Proceedings, accepted regular and invited papers are limited to 6 pages and short papers are limited to 2 pages.
  • Each additional page over the above limits incurs a page overlength fee of $150 per page.
  • No paper may exceed a maximim of 2 overlength pages, i.e., in no case can a regular or invited paper exceed 8 pages or a short paper exceed 4 pages.
  • Overlength papers will NOT be published in the Proceedings unless the overlength charges are paid.
